How Much Does Your Ibiza Charter Actually Cost?

·4 min read·Aurelius Society

Direct answer

Charter pricing has three knobs: yacht category, season, and hours. The calculator below combines real 2025 office rates plus fuel and a 10% APA buffer to give you an honest day estimate. For real-quote variability, see the longer cost breakdown.

Most published charter prices are rate cards. The number you actually transfer is rate + APA + fuel + VAT + tips. This live calculator stops at the first three — enough for a realistic ballpark before you ask the office for an exact quote.

Indicative only. Real quotes include captain's preferred route, VAT band, mooring extras and concierge add-ons. The office returns firm numbers within the hour.

What the calculator does (and doesn't)

  • Base rates come from 2025 charter datasheets across the four categories.
  • Fuel cost assumes the published L/h × roughly 1.5 hours of cruise (a Formentera-and-back day).
  • APA is shown at 10% of the charter fee — a simplified day-charter buffer. Real weekly APAs run 25–35%.
  • VAT, crew tip and beach-club extras aren't included. A real quote rolls them in.

The fastest way to a firm quote

When the calculator is in the right ballpark, send the office the three numbers (group size, date, hours) and we come back inside the hour with a specific yacht and a final-cost line item. Or use the 60-second match quiz to start from the boat instead.

The Office

Send the dates. The day takes shape from there.
