Milestone
An Anniversary at Sea
A two-day crossing to Formentera, one night at anchor in S'Alga. The itinerary we recommend more than any other.
When a couple writes to the office asking what to do for a milestone anniversary, the answer is almost always the same: a two-day, one-night charter to Formentera. The reasons are practical — the right length, the right scenery, the right pace — but the real answer is that we have run dozens of these and the couples come back to us afterwards in a particular tone of voice we have learned to recognise.
Day one: embarkation around 12:00, a long, slow lunch as the boat crosses to Espalmador. Day two: a swim before the wind comes up, a slow lunch at Illetes, a final glass on the bow, alongside in Marina Ibiza by 20:00.

- 01A welcome arrangement in the master cabin — a single bouquet, a card from whoever organised, your preferred champagne
- 02A chef briefed on both partners' favourite dishes from over the years
- 03A photographer for ninety minutes at sundown on the night at anchor
- 04A printed itinerary in the cabin you can change at any moment with the captain
- 05A second discreet arrangement at the second-day breakfast you don't expect
- 06Optional: a private string duet aboard for thirty minutes after sundown

Questions we hear
Most-asked.
Is one night enough?+
For an anniversary, yes — almost always. Two nights for a couple alone can begin to feel long. The single night at anchor in S'Alga is the moment of the trip; everything before and after is the way in and the way out.
Can we extend into a small surprise dinner ashore on day two?+
Yes — we hold a 19:30 table at Es Macellum in Ibiza Town as standard for the night of disembarkation; release it the morning of if you'd rather end with the boat.
