100ft houseboat-style event yacht moored at Business Bay Marasi Marina, in the canal between Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa. Built for parties of up to one hundred — full main lounge, fly bridge with seating, and a master suite for the principal. Standard programme runs the canal route under the Burj.

Floating Bella is the office's first listing in Dubai — a 100-foot wide-beam party platform based at Business Bay Marasi Marina, the protected canal anchorage in the heart of the city. The layout is built for events: a single full-beam main lounge with bar, a covered fly bridge with sofa seating for thirty, and one master suite with ensuite bathroom for the principal to retreat to mid-event. Capacity is one hundred guests for receptions and gala dinners — a venue you can move through the city. Standard programme cruises the Dubai Canal route past the Burj Khalifa view. Catering, DJ, dancers, and decoration coordinated through our Dubai office.
