NOROADER is a 35.2-metre Sunseeker 116 Yacht built in 2020 to the coveted Platinum specification — one of the most highly-specified examples in her class. A major 2023 refit renewed her interior and exterior with new dark wood flooring, upgraded furnishings, lighting and contemporary finishes throughout. On the flybridge: a new bar, large dining table, twin circular daybeds, retractable roof section and extending canopy; a hidden 42-inch TV and integrated sound system. Forward, the raised Jacuzzi sits between wide sunpads and a shaded seating area that converts into a four-metre outdoor cinema. Aft, the hydraulic beach club hosts four Seabobs, two jet skis and a custom inflatable dock pontoon; a Williams 565S chase tender is available by separate negotiation. The main salon features a contemporary mix of dark wood and neutral tones, with formal dining for ten and panoramic sea views. Five cabins accommodate up to twelve guests — a full-beam main-deck master with private lounge and split-level ensuite, two VIP doubles, and two convertible twins with Pullman berths. Powered by twin MTU 16V 2000 M96L diesels, kept by a dedicated crew of seven (five aboard) and offered in exceptional condition through the Aurelius office. Documentation released after introduction.
