- House concierge — the Aurelius office, available 09–23 CET via WhatsApp, handling everything off-property: restaurants, transfers, chef bookings, yacht days, event design.

- Live-in cook — eight hours daily except Sundays, breakfast through dinner.
- Night security — uniformed presence on the estate from sunset to sunrise.
